Cannabasics

Cannabasics is a set of fact sheets on cannabis for health and social service providers, released in 2018. It provides a basic overview of common cannabis plants and products, methods of consumption as well as information to better understand consumption and harm reduction. Each fact sheet is comprised of a high-level overview with graphics followed by a detailed overview with links and references.

Beyond Cannabasics: A public health approach to cannabis for youth, emerging adults, and seniors

The Beyond Cannabasics workshop was developed to expand on the concepts outlined in Cannabasics within the context of specific age groups, and was released in 2020. The turnkey workshop resources, including a facilitation manual, a participant workbook and the presentation slides, can help you facilitate a training session in your community.
